You might have a preconceived idea of needing a big extension to fix your accommodation challenges, but the existing house should never be left behind on the journey of change.
I take a systems approach, where the whole home needs to work better together, so it delivers the value you need. Sometimes this means there is less ‘new’ to build and more configuring of what’s there. You want all of your space to be maximised.
The art of the possible service is useful if you have never engaged an architect or designer before and are ensure where to start, you don’t know how much to invest and don’t want to be overwhelmed falling for the dream. You want to see your options and have time to consider and reflect.

To make the first step, get in touch, send me images, drawings or whatever you have to show me your challenges, some links to designs that inspire you can also help. I will review and reflect and we can arrange a zoom call or site visit if you’re in the West of Ireland.
I will then work out possible sketches and solutions, articulate the challenges you face and various routes to change.
Once I’ve shown you the art of the possible, it’s best to reflect on these designs and options, imagine living in the various scenarios and if you feel inspired to proceed, I can provide you with a fee proposal to bring you forward on the design journey.
The cost of ‘the art of the possible’ service will be based on my day rate, and will be agreed with you before I commence.
